About Vitamin E

Since vitamin E has effects on suppressing production of lipid peroxide in the body and improving peripheral blood circulation, it relieves symptoms due to peripheral circulatory disturbances (stiff shoulders and neck, numbness/chills in the limbs, and chilblains).
There are two types of vitamin E: natural (d-form) and synthetic (dl-form). Natural vitamin E is contained in vegetable oil in the forms of alpha (α), beta (β), gamma (γ), and delta (δ). The one with the highest bioactivity (potency) among them is alpha natural vitamin E (d-α-Tocopherol).
